Create a blueprint of funding and regulatory recommendations for emission reductions across all jurisdictions.

Identify sector (BSMC – geography) specific opportunities not addressed by existing international organizations (coastwise, inland, ports) to reduce emissions.
Develop one or more specific, actionable pilot projects using existing or emergent technologies that reduce carbon emissions.
